Stay updated on your order's journey! Use the information below to track your package and see when it will arrive.

How to Track Your Order

Step 1: Check Your Email

Once your order ships, we'll send you a shipping confirmation email that includes:

  • Your order number
  • Tracking number
  • Carrier information (Canada Post, etc.)
  • Direct link to track your package

Step 2: Track Your Package

Click the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email, or visit your carrier's website and enter your tracking number.

Step 3: View Your Order Status

You can also check your order status anytime by visiting your account page. Simply log in to see all your current and past orders with their tracking information.

Common Tracking Statuses

  • Order Confirmed: We've received your order and are preparing it for shipment
  • Processing: Your order is being carefully packed
  • Shipped: Your package is on its way! Check your tracking number for updates
  • Out for Delivery: Your package will arrive today
  • Delivered: Your order has been delivered

Shipping Timeframes

Processing Time: 1-3 business days
Shipping Time: 5-10 business days (depending on location)

Note: Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Need Help?

Didn't receive a tracking number?

If you haven't received your shipping confirmation within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder. If you still can't find it, contact us with your order number.

Tracking shows no movement?

Sometimes there's a delay between when the carrier receives the package and when tracking updates appear. If your tracking hasn't updated in 3-5 days, please reach out to us.

Package shows delivered but you didn't receive it?

First, check with neighbors or household members. Sometimes packages are left in safe locations. If you still can't locate it, contact us immediately and we'll help resolve the issue.
